This job may be “temporarily remote" due to COVID-19 pandemic, but will transition to a non-remote job after the pandemic stay-at-home orders have been lifted.  Interviews and orientations will be conducted remotely.  
 
 
Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking Desktop Support SMEs “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. These positions support the U.S. Navy in Charleston, S.C. 
 
 
 
Experience Requirements:  

• Eight (8) years’ experience supporting enterprise wide desktop deployment including peripherals, Remedy ticketing system, Tier 1 technical support, Tier 2 technical support, multi-function devices (MFD), and telecommunications.
• Experience may be achieved simultaneously.

 
Educational Requirements: 

• Technical training in computing and end user desktop deployment and maintenance.
• Three total certifications: 
  • CompTIA Security+, 
  • CompTIA A+,
  • And, one of the following certifications:
    • MCSA - Windows 10 (current version required)
    • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 
    • RHCSA

 
 
Security Requirements:  

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Secret Clearance
