Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Process Improvement SME “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Charleston, S.C. 
 
 
 
Experience Requirements:  

• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in support of public or private sector Enterprise business information systems and computing infrastructure operations.
• Experience must be primarily in support of business process improvement.
• Experience with collecting and interpreting internal and external customer data to improve upon standard operating procedures (SOP) and service level agreements (SLA).

 
Educational Requirements: 

• Technical training in support of business operations and process improvement.
• One of the following certifications:
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) – Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

 
 
Security Requirements:  

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Secret Clearance
